Phase A of Newman Place, a new residential scheme located in Littlemore, Oxford, delivered 102 units including 88 one and two bedroom apartments over three blocks and 14 houses for shared ownership and affordable rent. This scheme, located on the former Littlemore Park hospital, hosts surrounding landscaping, a winding boardwalk and community allotments.

Phases B-D were successfully negotiated with the main contractor following the delivery of Phase A. These phases will provide 90 apartments in three blocks and 78 houses of mixed tenure.

The final phases are due for completion September 2023 with the overall scheme providing a total of 270 units over approximately 6.3 hectares. Due to the cost of housing in Oxford, the hospitals struggle to recruit and retain staff, therefore, priority purchase options will be given to NHS key workers.
