Appointed for the provision of services for this six-storey car park, alongside a four storey office and residential scheme.

This multi-disciplinary project has included the delivery of the following services in-house by calfordseaden:
Lead Designer, Quantity Surveying, Structural and Civil Engineering, M&E Engineering, Principal Designer, Rights
of Light, Party Wall Surveyor, BIM Manager.

The designs for the development respond to the conservation area setting by delivering contemporary façades in keeping with the historic setting.

The scheme includes the creation of a ‘wet woodland’ alongside the mixed use scheme with office space which
will be used for business start-ups.

The multi Storey Car Park (MSCP) will provide 546 spaces, plus additional open air surface car parking for 27
spaces to the north of the car park.
