calfordseaden is providing Client CDM Advisory and Corporate Health and Safety Advisory services for 1 Mayfair, a super prime residential development in the heart of Mayfair.
The development will comprise 29 new luxury homes, including townhouses, penthouses, and apartments. Our role in the project includes providing Client CDM Advisory services, with a key focus on ensuring the health and safety performance of the contractors. Additionally, we are responsible for issuing F10 notifications to the Health and Safety Executive, ensuring that all legal requirements are met.
