Moat Homes commissioned calfordseaden to provide Clerk of Works, Employer’s Agent, and Principal Designer services for Pampisford Road, Croydon.

The project consists of the demolition of the existing four dwellings and the construction of 66 new homes, available for shared ownership and affordable rent. Wheelchair access will be provided as well as undercroft car parking, internal sprinklers in two of the four blocks and in the car parking areas, children play areas, and extensive landscaping. Two of the buildings will incorporate sustainable advantages, such as PV Panels and Green Roofs.
