Following on from our successful involvement in prior phases, calfordseaden has been appointed to provide Clerk of Works and Employer’s Agent services for Phase 7 of the Rochester Riverside development.

Our team will oversee the delivery of 84 high-quality new homes, which will be delivered through a joint venture between Vistry and Hyde. The homes will have associated amenities, good transport links to London, and great views across the River Medway.
