calfordseaden has been appointed to provide Clerk of Works services for the Retirement Villages Group (RVG) project in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

The new build development will provide 167 senior living apartments, made up of one- and two-bedroom homes, across four blocks as well as a wealth of amenities including a restaurant, multi-function room, café/bar, gym, hydrotherapy pool, terraced gardens, wellness centre, and parking spaces for 61 cars. Many of the facilities will be made available for the public to enjoy.
