Our team provided CDM Advisor services for Southbank Place Building 5, the final phase of the wider Southbank Place development.
The new high-end building comprises 92 apartments and 18,600 sq ft of retail space. The homes comprise 88 apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms across levels 1-11 and four prime double-height penthouses on levels 12 and 13. The retail space is located on the ground floor, and a health and fitness facility has been created at basement level.
Our role on the project entailed conducting monthly health and safety site inspections, attending regular progress meetings, and reviewing the health and safety file.
