calfordseaden was appointed by Stevenage Borough Council to provide Clerk of Works, Employer’s Agent, Principal Designer, and Quantity Surveying services on this scheme which provides 622 spaces, 30 blue badge spaces, spaces for electric vehicle charging, and secure cycle parking for 80 bicycles. Our Architectural, MEP, and Structural Engineering teams also reviewed the technical design. 

Adjacent to Stevenage Railway Station, this new car park will meet an increasing demand from rail commuters and visitors as well as represent the on-going transformation and regeneration of Stevenage Town Centre.

The car park delivers an excellent driving and parking experience enhanced by the lack of columns for easy manoeuvres. The facility also benefits from a particular focus on sustainability and green thinking.
