This phased development is currently on site:
Phase 1a is part of a strategic development site of 550 acres, consisting of 126 dwellings made up of 97 open market and 29 affordable units comprised of group house types.
The majority of the foundations will be a mix of traditional strip and trench fill.
Phase 1C consists of 68 units made up of 42 private and 13 social apartments, 10 for private sale and 3 for social rent. The site will be constructed in timber frame with brick or render cladding and pitched tiled roofs. There is a mix of 2, 3 and 4 storey construction.
Phase 2 of the development comprises 145, 2, 3 4 & 5 bedroom properties built on agricultural land. There will be 102 open market units and 43 affordable units.
