calfordseaden was appointed to provide Clerk of Works services for this 445-bed student accommodation and 20 artist space studios on the site of the former Esso petrol station on Stratford High Street.

All the floors in this 26-storey building were divided into three clusters around the elevator and staircase core. Each cluster has a common room/kitchen area and eight bedrooms. Additionally, each floor includes accessible accommodation. The top floors of the building house larger double accommodation rooms, common areas, a cinema, and a second laundry room.
