As part of our appointment as Principal Designer Advisor, we prepared the pre-construction information for issue to the appointed design team and contractors. We also assisted Crest Nicholson in the review of the Construction Phase Plan prior to works commencing as to ensure that suitable and sufficient arrangements where in place for the management of Health and Safety during the construction phase. We are working on the health and safety file throughout the life of the project and provide the client with monthly up-dates on progress.
