calfordseaden successfully delivered BIM and Building Surveying services for this residential scheme that comprises a nine-storey luxury apartment complex, consisting of 330 one, two and three bedroom apartments with associated parking and landscaping. 

Warley HQ, a former Ford Motor Company headquarters, also features a yoga room, gym, meeting rooms and beautiful communal gardens surrounded by stunning woodlands. The luxury apartments contain open-plan kitchens, with dining and living areas that are spacious and filled with natural night. There is ample storage space, dedicated utility space, audio-visual entry systems, and integrated appliances in all apartments.

We provided BIM services for Lloyds Register on the project for RIBA Stages 4-6 and were responsible for Citra COBie input, LCG COBie input, the set-up of LCG Sharepoint, and inserting a roof extension at the completion of the project. calfordseaden successfully provided BIM services in line with The Building Safety Case, The Golden Thread and ISO 19650 to a building that did not previously implement BIM services.

We were also appointed by Citra Living, who were looking to purchase 124 of these units in the East Wing of the development, to provide a full Due Diligence service in order to inform whether the purchase should proceed. Our full Due Diligence service encompassed Technical Support, Fire services (including lifts), Building Surveying, Snagging and a review of Golden Thread Information.
