calfordseaden was appointed to provide Clerk of Works services for the design and construction of Woolwich Reach, a development comprising 72 new homes and associated works.
The 72 new homes consist of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom townhouses. The project features a new offsite public viewing platform where residents and members of the local community can enjoy the spectacular views. The development saw the transformation of a derelict site into a vibrant community with quick transport links into Central London.
Residents will benefit from contemporary styling designed for today’s living, with a private balcony or terrace, plus outdoor space via the communal podium gardens or the adjacent Royal Victoria Gardens.
