    Terry is a Partner with over 25 years' experience and he heads up our M & E Engineering Design and Sustainability groups. Terry has spent around 10 years in the role of Lead Designer managing engineering design teams on a wide range of residential projects.

    Chris is a Partner with over 8 years’ experience and acts in the capacity of Mechanical Engineer and Sustainability Advisor. Chris provides advice on a range of passive design measures, integration of low and renewable technologies and post occupancy performance. This enables him to provide project and client specific approaches to achieving both planning reduction targets and BREEAM standards.

    Chris completed a PhD with the University of Cambridge, conducting research into the Energy Performance Gap in Low Energy Housing.

    Andrew is experienced in electrical design within the residential and commercial sectors. His project portfolio encompasses concept, performance, and full design for all forms of housing, including affordable, private for sale, extra care, supported and keyworker. His portfolio of projects ranges from small scale through to large regeneration schemes. He also has a proven track record in educational and custodial projects, delivering schemes for Local Authorities, Contractors and PFI partnerships.

    Richard has strong collective experience across building services project management, contracting and consulting engineering, working within many sectors, with a particular focus on residential, industrial and healthcare. Richard’s extensive experience allows him to engage with client teams in a non-technical way to offer flexible solutions that meet the brief and affordability requirements.
