      For the avoidance of doubt, in the absence of any other agreement signed by two Members of calfordseaden LLP (registered company number OC315838), our Terms and Conditions, as stated in the relevant Client Care document (“Terms of Business – Client Care – calfordseaden LLP only – July 2026”, “Conditions of Engagement Party Wall Services Acting as Adjoining Owners Surveyor – calfordseaden LLP PWA – July 2026” or “Terms of Business – Client Care – Land and Partnerships only – July 2026”, will apply to the exclusion of any other terms that the Employer or Client has or will seek to impose or incorporate, or which are implied by law, trade custom, practice or course of dealing.
